This policy explains what personal data Kaso collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site and the Kaso GTM workspace and API. Product-specific data handling for additional Kaso services is confirmed when those services are enabled.
Data we collect
- Account data — name, work email, company, and role, provided when you or your administrator creates a Kaso account.
- Customer data — the accounts, contacts, opportunities, and interaction records you create or connect to Kaso.
- Connected mailbox and calendar data — when you connect an email or calendar account, we process messages and events to build activity records.
- Enrichment data — firmographic and professional data obtained from third-party providers to complete account and contact records.
- Usage data — product telemetry, device and browser information, and log data used to operate and improve the service.
How we use data
- To provide the service — building your TAM, scoring accounts, running sequences, and maintaining your system of record.
- To secure the service — detecting abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To support you — responding to requests about products, workflows, and your setup.
- To improve the service — aggregate analysis of feature usage and reliability.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose foundation models.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of sub-processors for infrastructure, enrichment, and communications. You can request information about service providers and the categories of data they process through our contact form.
Retention
Customer data is retained for the life of your subscription. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. Backups are purged on a rolling 35-day cycle.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit a privacy request through our contact formand we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and apply supplementary technical measures.
