Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-07
These terms govern access to and use of Kaso. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
Kaso develops AI-native company infrastructure for sales, marketing, operations, development, research, and training. The services available to your account depend on the products and workflows you adopt; features marked in development are not included until made available. We may modify features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term without notice.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 and permitted to use the service under applicable law.
- Administrators may access, export, and delete data belonging to their workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications through the service.
- Circumvent rate limits, sending guardrails, or suppression lists.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to a competitor for benchmarking.
- Upload data you lack the rights or lawful basis to process.
You are responsible for complying with anti-spam and marketing laws in the jurisdictions you send to, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
Customer data
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant Kaso a limited license to process it solely to provide and secure the service. Our Data Processing Addendum governs processing of personal data and is incorporated by reference.
Fees
Fees are set out in your order form. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. We may revise pricing at renewal with 30 days notice.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
